Performance Anxiety

Part of living with purpose is taking on new challenges and situations.  When we are starting a new project, facing down an important work presentation, learning a new skill, or embarking on a new venture, it is normal to experience some anxiety.  If that anxiety begins to interfere with focus, sleep, or confidence, this may be a sign that we need some support.  We offer short-term 4-6 session interventions for adolescents and adults to help manage the anxiety relating to a particular life event.  This could be related to public speaking, test taking or sports performance.  We can teach simple strategies that will help you accomplish your goals and excel.  Please contact us if you would like more information about these services.
