Launch Psychological Associates is a locally-owned, established small group practice that is ready to grow! At Launch, we encourage our clinicians to focus on professional development as they build specialized clinical skills that draw referrals and make their work more fulfilling.  Our model is ideal for seasoned clinicians who are ready to make the leap from a hospital or clinic to a more flexible work environment, or for any clinician who is looking to minimize administrative tasks and focus on clinical work.  

Our focus at Launch is on the use of evidenced-based treatment approaches for children, adolescents and adults. Our skills-based approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, self-compassion, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.  We specialize in treatment of anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, pain management and eating disorders.  We are seeking Masters and  Doctoral level clinicians whose clinical interests align or compliment ours and who are driven to make a difference in their community and gain expertise in the field. We are committed to helping our clinicians develop personally and professionally.  Graduate schools only take clinicians so far...we aim to help the right providers launch!
 
We are seeking:

• Strong Master’s level and Doctoral level clinicians
• Interest in work with children and adolescents preferred
• Massachusetts licensure preferred; Strong license eligible candidates will be considered
