My strong desire  to help others came naturally, growing up with a parent who was a first responder and through exposure to people with developmental disabilities in our community.   I’ve tailored my education to support my passion of helping others.  In 2021, I graduated from the University of New Hampshire with my Master's in Social Work. All of my jobs have focused on people, from my first job spending summers as a camp counselor with young children to my more recent jobs of working with at-risk youth and their parents, to my current work providing therapy to children, adolescents and adults.   I enjoy working with clients of varied ages, abilities, and backgrounds and I prioritize finding ways to best communicate and empathize with each and every one of them.

At Launch Psychological  Associates, my warm demeanor and sense of humor has helped me to establish a good relationship with my clients.  I teach strategies, using a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy approach, in order to enhance my clients' coping ability and support their growth.  I enjoy working with many different types of people and many different issues.
